Standing Alone

Eli has had a few first's lately. Yesterday he stood all by himself for a few seconds. While the picture isn't the best, we did capture the moment.

He also is waving good-bye. He started this a couple weeks ago when Daddy left for work. I wasn't sure if it was the real thing, but he does it consistently when we say good-bye and leave. The key is leaving. He must see you actually waking away.

He is also a master at unrolling toilet paper. While this isn't the first time he has done this, he is getting good at being stealth about it. I had no idea it was happening and by the time I came in the roll was empty!

Sometimes You Just Have To...

DANCE!

Eli is even getting his groove on.

Mount Everest in His Future?

Eli is a climber! Check out where he climbed to.

He used the trampoline to get on top of the toy box! I love the triumph on his face! He is great about going up, but he can't get down and that is when the screaming comes into play. I think Eli is going to keep us on our toes. He has no fear and loves to climb! This should be a fun combination in the future.

God's Word

Ezekiel got to help decorate our chalkboard verse.
It was a great time of practicing staying in lines and getting to be creative!

Brotherhood

Every once in a while the boys just embrace and it touches the heart!
They also like to play together.
Playing also leads to wrestling when you are a boy!

Dinner Tricks

Look at Ezekiel's talent!

First Hair Cut

It was mentioned that Eli was in need of a hair cut. Daddy and Mommy were talking about how it was long in places and starting to resemble a mullet so... while Mommy went to help at a kids event DADDY CUT ELI'S HAIR!!!!!

Due to the suddenness of the event, I have no proper before and after. Here is a the best picture of Eli's longer hair.

Here is the after
.

Luckily Daddy missed some spots so we had to go back and rein act the event so I was able to get some pictures of that action.

Fortunately, Eli didn't so much mind getting his hair cut and actually did quite well!
