Ezekiel had the priviledge of helping Grandpa, Uncle Chris, Daddy, Emma and Peyton set up the new play house in Grandpa and Grandma's yard. It was a great afternoon of playing in the cardboard boxes and helping.
Eli enjoyed playing in the sun and drinking water.
Eli and his permanent attachment. This now goes everywhere with him. It also has amazing powers to bring him happiness when nothing else will. Notice the blankie headed towards the mouth. It serves as a chew toy- making for a super yummy smell!
We recently had the boy's pictures taken while we were up at my parents house. Even though Eli was not cooperating and grumpy, Joleen still got some good ones. Of course it was to be mainly of Eli for his 1st birthday, but Ezekiel actually turned out being the better model! Maybe when we take family pictures in a couple weeks Eli will be a little more cooperative!
Mommy received an early birthday present and in perfect time. We were able to make Daddy some cookies really quick and Ezekiel a cake in the Kitchen Aid Mixer. Ezekiel loved trying to lick the bowl.
We have been able to celebrate Daddy in a couple ways this last week. First he graduated with his Masters in Leadership on Friday. We went to lunch to celebrate. He also walked in the ceremony. Today is also his birthday. We love our Daddy. His is the best!!!!
