Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins

I LOVE the pumpkin patch, which means we as a family make at least one visit during the month of October. We also just don't visit the pumpkin patch.....we dress up.

I LOVE pictures of the boys in their costumes amongst the pumpkins!

So here is our 1st visit of the month:

We had fun with our friends the Halls.
Every outing with them is SUPER!

Eli is currently working on cutting his two top/front teeth- so....he was not super happy as you can see from the following pictures. I still think they are toooooo cute!

Bath Time Fun

The boys LOVE bath time. They now sit together in the bath so I thought I would give you a sneak peak at what it is like.

Eli cleaning Ezekiel.

Pure joy on Eli's face. He LOVES this time, which includes Ezekiel splashing him and tossing around a ton of water.

Almost

There are a couple almosts in our house:

1. Eli is ALMOST crawling. At least he can somewha
t scoot to the things close that he wants to grab. I am sure that him crawling is right around the corner, but for now I am content in his sitting!

2. It is ALMOST Christmas. At least we thought it was for a moment as Eli opened his first Christmas gift- THANKS NONI! Eli is large and upon Josh's urging he just had to open his gift so that it would fit. He was right- he fits nicely in the green shirt- LOVE IT!

Ezekiel- we love you. You have an amazing ability to change the temperature of a room when you walk in. You are full of joy and happiness. You play hard. Though we hound you about obedience, you are an obedient, good boy. You have an energy that is amazing and it can wear most people out! You once stated: "Yeah, I wear a lot of people out!" You are so honest and so full of questions. You want to know the whys of everything. I am so touched when you look at me and say "Mommy, I love you". I love to hear your sweet simple prayer "God thank you. Bless our bodies." I love that you always want to watch and learn and of course do things yourself. You are so special to this family. You are a vital part of our family. We love you BABY BOY. You betch ya!

Here are some pictures of his actual birthday:

Celebration Begins...

Tonight we celebrated Ezekiel's 3rd birthday. We had dinner with Grandpa & Grandma Case and Papa & Meme.

Ezekiel chose the menu, so we had hot dogs and corn on the cob.

Since mommy didn't think that was enough food we also had cantaloupe, baked beans, and Papa brought shrimp. Ezekiel would have eaten the whole plate of shrimp by himself if we would have let him. He also got to open a grip load of presents.

With each gift he exclaimed "WOW". It was so neat to see the appreciation from a young boy of anything he opened. He was so glad for each gift. We ended the night with some cake and ice cream. Ezekiel is a pro at blowing out candles so we actually didn't even finish the song before he blew them out and of course we had to relight them to get a picture!

He had such a good time and was soooooooo excited. I can't wait until tomorrow- his actual birthday, as we head to Disneyland to celebrate our little guy!

A Lesson About Messes

When you make a mess on purpose-

YOU GET TO CLEAN IT UP!!!!!

Ezekiel decided to crush his cereal into gravel like pieces for his trucks and cars to drive through- on the livingroom rug!
