The Next Tiger Woods?

Then again maybe not. Ezekiel is WAY into golf. Everyday he spends time hitting golf balls in the back yard- so much he has created a huge divot in our grass! He does pretty well for a two and half year old, but mommy expects perfection! (just kidding) Yesterday Grandpa Case took Ezekiel to the driving range so he could hit real golf balls instead of just the wiffle balls that he uses in the backyard. He had a grand time! Putting was a little difficult for him because he always wants to swing big, but after a while he was getting the idea. What a great way for Ezekiel, Daddy, and Grandpa to bond!

Smiling!!!!

Eli smiled for the first time today! It was Daddy who got the first smile and actually he received a bunch of smiles. Mommy is super jealous- Eli is yet to smile at me.

Here he is smiling at Daddy.

Madness I Say...

Madness!!! We ventured off to Disneyland on Friday with about a million other people. Needless to say we just went on Autotopia and then went home. We figured we could visit the park once everyone else went home from their Disneyland vacation.

Can you find Ezekiel and Daddy?

Here is Ezekiel driving the car.

Here is how Eli spent his Disneyland visit.

Eli's First Easter

We had a terrific Easter. Eli spent most of his first holiday sleeping, but he did wake up for the egg hunt and a few pictures. It was a great day with family, friends, and wonderful weather. We were blessed to spend the morning at church and the afternoon with Josh's family. The boys both received Easter bags this year (Mommy made them just for them) filled with goodies and a couple Jesus centered items. We made some wonderful memories.

Here are the family pictures.

Easter in the Park

We spent Saturday morning at Huntington Beach Central Park. Each year our church participates in the community event- Easter in the Park. It is a morning of music, food, and fun booths for the kids. Ezekiel spent a quite a bit of time on the play equipment, but he also LOVED being able to sit in a real tractor. Ezekiel also was able to climb in a firetruck and hold the hose. Elisha spent most of his time being held- whether by Daddy or Big brother. This is another Easter tradition we enjoy participating in!

A Good Friday

We continued our family tradition of dying eggs on our blessings table cloth this Good Friday. It was a great evening and the actual dying process took about 10 minutes. Ezekiel was slowed down by the pictures that were taken. This year he didn't dunk his entire hands, but he liked to drop the egg in the dye and quickly remove it so another one could be colored. It is a wonderful family tradition that we love.

Vistors

Last month was full of fun visitors! Our first visitors were Papa and Mimi. They stayed a month!

Next we visited with Pat. He came down from Washington and we had some great evenings with him.

Finally we were able to spend some time with Aunt Helen and some cousins. We had a great time at Disneyland with Rob, Denise, Zachary, Alexandar, Sarah, Janine, Maddie, Jillian, and Kaleb. It was a great visit.

Ezekiel was SO excited to see Aunt Helen!!!

Here is the best we could do for a group shot. Lots of tired kids!

The kids enjoyed climbing on the letters.

Happy 4 Weeks Elisha!

Today Elisha is 4 weeks old! I can't believe it. So here are four fun facts about him.

1) He wakes up every time by grunting and farting! They
are actually quite loud (Josh thought it was me one morning)! This can last for an hour and a half.

2) He loves showers! We think it is the warm
water, but he just loves them. He also LOVES Ezekiel. He will watch him and keep happy when he is around.

3) When he cries he sounds like a goat. It is quite cute if you can get past the fact that he is upset. He also can go from completely cont
ent to ANGRY in a split second! Can you say Temper!

4) He hates the hiccups, but gets them often.

Elisha is growing each day and is a great baby. He sleeps great and is out of all his newborn cloths. This month has gone by super quick and I can't believe how big he has already gotten. What an amazing gift he is!
