Tonight we dyed our Easter eggs. It was a perfect night so we had the boys sit outside at their table and dye away.
Eli didn't quite understand that you weren't suppose to eat the eggs until later, but he must have liked that vinegar flavor. Ezekiel was a pro. He dyed quickly and with efficiency. As soon as they had enough color he was on to the next one. It was a great time.

We also went to Easter in the Park. They had a fire truck, police car, and ambulance that the kids could go inside of and take their picture. It was really neat, but Ezekiel, in pure Ezekiel fashion, did not want to visit those cars... he wanted his picture next to the work truck. YES, that's right, the flat bed truck with the shovels, rakes, and even the coffee mug on the back. What a boy. Not persuaded by the popular thing he sticks to what he likes- old fashion hard work!
He also went fishing. He is so much like his Papa:)
